Fluid Filtration

Typically, these fluids are filtered using mini or clip filters. The filter's geometry is defined by a precision-engineered plastic frame, into which our specialized meshes are integrated using advanced injection molding techniques.

We utilize thermally treated and calendered meshes, enhanced by our proprietary DKS process. This technique effectively "welds" intersecting wires together, ensuring total structural integrity. This is especially critical when mesh bands are slit to widths as narrow as 3.75mm; the sintering process prevents edge fraying, guaranteeing safe, seamless automation for injection molding.

Through a precise combination of rolling and calendering, the mesh is flattened to its exact final dimensions. We calibrate mesh thickness to within a few microns. By matching the mold gap perfectly to these measurements, we eliminate the risk of plastic flash or bypass during the molding process.

Key Advantages:

  • Versatility: A diverse range of meshes to meet the rigorous demands of automotive applications.

  • Security: In-house DKS processing safeguards against loose wires and contamination.
