Inkjet Printers
Here are a few ways to refine your text, depending on whether you want to sound more professional, technically precise, or marketing-oriented.
Option 1: Professional & Polished (Recommended)
This version smooths out the flow while maintaining a sophisticated tone suitable for a brochure or website.
The initial breakthrough of compact domestic printing devices is seeing a modern resurgence, driven by the rise of flexible working and home office environments.
In the inkjet process, ink is propelled through a jet within the print head. This flow disperses into individual droplets while simultaneously receiving an electrostatic charge. Traveling at speeds of $10$ to $40$ m/s, the droplets pass through downstream deflection electrodes. Based on the intensity of the electrical field, they are precisely redirected and sprayed onto the substrate. Any unused ink is recaptured by the print head and recirculated into the printing cycle.
To ensure the required fineness, homogeneity, and consistent ink output, metal filters are positioned behind the print head for each individual color. Our Dutch weave meshes (specifically minimesh) are ideal for this application. These are supplied as strips or stamped into filter elements—typically circular—either by our team or by the customer.
Key Advantages:
-
Precise filtration ratings
-
Tight tolerances for consistent performance
-
Extensive customization via our in-house fabrication department
