Sand control is a critical factor in both onshore and offshore oil extraction, essential for preventing reservoir media from contaminating the flow.

Geographic location—from the Gulf of Mexico to the North Sea—dictates sand morphology and particle size distribution. To meet these diverse requirements, we provide a broad range of aperture sizes available in standard rolls or sintered laminates, which are precision-fabricated into filter cylinders. Our standard constructions utilize 316L stainless steel, while 904L or specialized alloys are used for highly corrosive, high-salinity environments.

Compared to traditional slotted sieves, our wire meshes offer superior aperture uniformity (ensured by the weaving process) and structural integrity (enhanced by vacuum sintering). By leveraging advanced laser cutting, forming, and welding techniques, we guarantee a consistently high-performance product.
